The 14-day free trial

Every new Haven account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to the complete platform with no restrictions — connect your Stripe account, import your members, customize your site, and run a real event if you want. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan and enter a payment method to continue. If you don’t convert, your account is frozen (your public site stays live but admin access becomes read-only) until billing is resolved or the grace period ends.

Choosing the right plan

Starter — up to 100 members

Best for small clubs, local associations, and organizations just getting started. Covers the full Haven platform for clubs with 100 or fewer active members.

Pro — up to 1,000 members

Built for mid-size and growing organizations. Covers everything in Starter with room for up to 1,000 active members.
The right plan is simply the one that fits your current member count. Because every plan includes every feature, there’s no reason to upgrade for functionality — only for capacity.

Upgrading as you grow

When your club approaches its member limit, Haven will alert you in the admin dashboard. You can upgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing — upgrades take effect immediately and you’re prorated for the remaining days in your billing period. If you hit your limit before upgrading, you won’t be able to add new members until you move to a larger plan. Existing members and all other functionality continue to work normally.

Enterprise — 1,000+ members

Enterprise pricing is custom and includes everything in Pro plus:
  • A member limit sized to your organization
  • Custom software development for org-specific needs
  • Dedicated onboarding support
