Your profile page lives at {slug}.gohaven.co/member/profile. It’s where you keep your personal information up to date, control how you appear in the member directory, and view the details of your membership. This page is written from the member’s perspective. If you’re a club admin sharing this with your members, you can link directly to this page.

Membership overview

At the top of your profile you’ll see a summary of your membership:
  • Name and avatar — your display name and profile photo
  • Membership level — the tier you’re enrolled in (e.g., Individual, Family, Student)
  • Status — Active, Lapsed, Pending, Honorary, or Suspended
  • Member since — the date you originally joined
  • Renewal date — when your current membership period ends
If your membership level allows it, a Change Level button appears next to your membership badge. You can use this to switch to a different tier without contacting an admin.

Updating your profile

Go to your profile

Sign in at {slug}.gohaven.co/member and click Profile in the left sidebar.

Edit your information

Scroll to the Edit Profile section. You can update:
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Secondary email
  • Street address, city, state, postal code, and country

Save your changes

Click Save Changes at the bottom right of the form. A confirmation toast appears when the update is saved.
Your primary email address is tied to your sign-in credentials and cannot be changed from this form. Contact your club admin if you need your primary email updated in the member database.

Secondary email

The secondary email field lets you add a backup email address to your account.
Any email your club sends to you — renewal reminders, event confirmations, newsletters — will be CC’d to your secondary email address. This is useful if you want communications to go to both a personal inbox and a work inbox, or if you share membership management with a partner or assistant.

Uploading a profile photo

Click your avatar at the top of the profile card to upload a new photo. Your photo appears in the member directory (if you’ve opted in) and in the sidebar navigation.

Viewing your membership status

Your current membership status is shown on the profile card. If your membership has lapsed, you’ll see a warning banner at the top of every portal page with a link to renew.

Payment history

Your full payment history — dues payments, event registration fees, and any manual charges — is available at {slug}.gohaven.co/member/payments. From the Payments page you can also:
  • See any outstanding balance and pay it directly
  • View and update your saved payment method on file
  • Download or reference past payment records

Renewing your membership

If your membership is approaching its renewal date, a reminder banner appears across the top of the portal within 30 days of the renewal date.

Go to Payments

Click Payments in the left sidebar or follow the link in the renewal reminder banner.

Check for an outstanding balance

If your renewal invoice has been created, it appears in the Outstanding Balance section. Click Pay Now to complete payment.

Confirm your payment method

Review the card on file in the Payment Method section. If it’s out of date, update it before paying.
If you don’t see an outstanding balance but believe your renewal is due, contact your club admin. Renewals are generated by the admin and may not yet have been issued.

Directory visibility settings

At the bottom of your profile page is a Directory Visibility section. This controls whether and how you appear in the member directory:
  • Show in Member Directory — turn this off to hide yourself from the directory entirely
  • Email address — show or hide your email in your directory listing
  • Phone number — show or hide your phone number in your directory listing
Changes to directory settings save immediately when you click Save Settings.
